- Character certificate from Gazetted Officer or University teachers.
- Nationality certificate by City corporation/ paurashova mayor/councilor/unior parishod chairman
- NID and recent 3 copies passport size photograph attested by Gazetted Officer or University teachers.
- The name of the post applied for should be written on the envelope.
- Application fee 500/- taka for all posts and need to Pay order/ Bank draft to the Treasurer, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh
- Pay Order / Bank Draft must be encashed in Mymensingh city.
