- A bank draft/pay order of Tk 100 in favor of Nilphamari Palli Bidyut Samity should be made from any scheduled bank branch.

- Required documents should be attested by First Class Gazetted Officer:
- All academic certificate
- Computer training certificate
- National ID card copy
- Character Certificate by Local Union Parishad, Mayor or Ward Commissioner.
- 3 copies color photos
